These are the terms and conditions for the website www.09magicsolenterprise.com. Please make sure you use them carefully before engaging with any of our products or services. We are owned and operated by 09MAGICSOL ENTERPRISE with registered offices in Ghana.

1. REGISTRATION

All customers will be required to register for an account on www.09magicsolenterprise.com before they are able to access and book the available content writing services.

When creating an account, customers will be asked to provide an email address as well a password to keep their account secure. Customers should not share this information with anyone else and are advised to contact a member of the team in the event they suspect there has been a breach on their account.

Customers are responsible for all activity which takes place on their accounts.

2. CONTRACT

These terms and conditions apply to all orders which are placed on www.09magicsolenterprise.com. If a customer accepts a quote and books content writing services from www.09magicsolenterprise.com then this constitutes that the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions and then these are the only terms and conditions that apply to this working contract.

The customer’s agreement and business relationship is with the owners of www.09magicsolenterprise.com for the term of the writing project or any ongoing work.

3. INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all invoices are to be paid in full and in advance of any content writing work taking place. Customers will receive the final quote and invoice sent directly to the email address associated with their account ahead of any of the works taking place.

Payment forms accepted include Visa and Mastercard and all invoices are due on receipt.

Customers are to raise any queries or objections relating to their invoice within 48 hours of receiving said invoice. Any failure to notify the team within this time period signifies that the job has been accepted.

4. WRITING WORK

A project brief or scope will always be agreed prior to any work commencing. Once the customer has chosen their selected service from the available writing options listed on www.09magicsolenterprise.com they will be asked to submit a detailed brief.

Customers must at their own time and expense supply all necessary materials and information which is needed in order for the writer to complete the brief.

We will request all assets and information for all projects to be supplied up front at the start of a project. The writers at www.09magicsolenterprise.com can not be held responsible for delays which have been caused by a lack of necessary information which has not been provided in a timely manner due to the client.

The team reserves the right to refuse any materials which could be deemed to be offensive, abusive, or indecent or could be in any breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other right.

5. DELIVERY AND REVISIONS

For on-going projects such as website content creation, the official start date is the date that the first payment has cleared. We will always offer estimated delivery dates, but please be advised that these dates may not always be able to be guaranteed. We will always try our best to meet deadlines, however we can not be held liable in instances where there has been a delay in a project which has been caused by issues beyond our control such as: a delay in the customer providing the right information, technical issues, employee sickness, other third party issues, changes to the brief or scope of project or other force majeure.

Amendments or revision requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the finished content. A small number of revisions are included in the original price, however any major revisions which require the content subject matter to change will incur additional fees.

When the purchase has been completed you will see 09MAGICSOL, GHANA as your billing descriptor.

All content shall be delivered electronically in widely accepted formats.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A customer can not cancel a project when a writer has already begun working on it and they will still need to pay the full fees due.

Refunds are not generally accepted and all orders are final. However, if you wish to lodge a complaint about any aspect of our services then this is something that the team will review and respond to.

This agreement may be terminated in writing by either party by providing written notice within 30 days. Upon cancellation of a project, www.09magicsolenterprise.com reserves the right to invoice for all works which have been completed up until this date.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The owners of this website warrant and represent to the customer that they will perform its obligations under these terms and conditions with reasonable care and skill at all times. Our liability for loss or damage suffered by the customer in respect of any projects carried out shall be limited.

In respect of websites being taken down for content work, we accept no responsibility for damages, including loss of profits for the customer and any such claim shall be void. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of the consumer.

8. CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and any adjustments shall be posted on this page.
